How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@pinkpuree.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

How long are processing times?

PROCESSING TIME IS 1–2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL IN-STOCK ITEMS, REGARDLESS OF THE SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED.
Please note: Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare and pack your order before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped out.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

 

Are shipping upgrades available at checkout?

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. We offer standard and priority shipping rates. Please Note This Does NOT change the processing time. It just changes how your item will ship after it is processed in the stated time. If you purchase the express mail upgrade it does NOT mean your purchase will ship the next business day, it means when it is ready to ship after the production time stated it will ship express mail rather than first class.

 

What if my package gets lost in the mail?

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the post office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select Route Shipping Protection insurance at checkout. Insurance is to protect against loss or damaged during shipping. 

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; You are responsible to file the claim with USPS.
We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of the shipping service selected, if you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. Once the package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control. If you are unsure how to handle a situation regarding lost shipment, send an email to hello@pinkpuree.com and we can help guide you. 

What if I use the wrong address?

If you used the wrong address, please let us know as soon as possible. If we are notified before the item leaves our facility, we can update the mailing address. In other cases, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses, shipping fees for incorrect addresses are not refundable. In the event that the package is not delivered to a physical address and is automatically forwarded back to our facility, please let us know so we can discuss options to get your package sent back to you. The buyer will be responsible to cover any additional shipping fees. If you are unsure how to handle a situation regarding the use of a wrong address, send an email to hello@pinkpuree.com and we can help guide you. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR SHIPPERS FEES YOU WILL INCUR OR FOR DELAYS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMS. WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF YOU WILL INCUR A CUSTOMS FEE OR NOT. IF YOU DO WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. YOU MUST READ THE POLICIES BEFORE ORDERING YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR REIMBURSED
