Refund policy

Shipping Fees
Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong addresses on your part or returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer or for refunds issued by us due to user errors. We will request the product back and once the product reaches our hands we will issue a refund that may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank. 

Cancellations
If you cancel your order before it ships, send an email to hello@pinkpuree.com your payment will be refunded in 7-10 business days (depending on your bank). Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order has not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order. DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS.

Returns
You may return your unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt, if you are returning the product for a refund, the refund will be issued minus the shipping charge. If there is an issue with your order when you receive it and it was at the fault of (Pink Puree) we will work with you to fix this, you may be asked to provide photographic proof for refunds or exchanges. If the fault is on Pink Puree, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the product back to us.

To start a return,  please contact us at hello@pinkpuree.com with your order number, bundles you would like to return and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns for Bundled Products (Including Mystery Bundles)

Items sold in discounted bundles using Pink Puree's custom bundle builder function are an all-or-nothing deal. Items within the bundle cannot be returned or exchanged separately, but will need to be returned as a full bundle. Full bundles can only be returned if they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. If you would like to return an unused bundle, please contact us at hello@pinkpuree.com with your order number, bundles you would like to return and the reason for the return.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Message us by email within 30 days of receiving your order with your order # and the reason you would like to exchange and we will give you instructions. Do not send back your items without Pink Puree approving the exchange. Please note that if the item you may wish to exchange is out of stock we will notify you prior to accepting the exchange, there could be a wait to receive it.  If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Exchanges will require a fee $3.50 to process.

Damage During Transportation
Pink Puree is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or Damaged. If you would like protection on lost, stolen or damaged packages, please purchase Route Shipping Protection at checkout (toggle on to ensure you are protected). If the event that your package that is covered by Route Shipping Protection is lost, stolen or damaged, file an order issue with Route Shipping Protection. 

How to file an issue with Route Shipping Protection: 

1. Go to the Route Resolve Center (via the Route app or web link from your order confirmation email)
2. Enter your email and order number, click next
3. Select the items you would like to file for, as well as the order issue type:
  • Where’s my package?
    • If you select this option, you will be given a tracking update, and will have the option to “report an issue” if needed
  • Damaged
  • Issue unrelated to lost or stolen
4. When selecting “report an issue” you are given four options:
  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Damaged
  • Issue unrelated to lost, stolen, or damaged
5. After selecting the type that best represents your situation, you will be asked to fill out more details
6. At the end of the process you will be given an order issue summary with more information on what to expect next. You can log back into this page at any time and check for more updates!

If you did not purchase insurance and are within the 30-day period, send an email to hello@pinkpuree.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

International Orders
We are not responsible for any customs fees you will incur or for delays because of customs. We list exactly what the item is we can not change the description. We have no way of knowing if you will incur a customs fee or not. If you do we are not responsible and you will not be reimbursed.

Disclaimer
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@pinkpuree.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
